For year 2019 US Department
of State offered Diversity Visa Program: DV Entry,
which opened legal entrance to US. Online registration
for the DV-2021 Program which started on Wednesday, October
2, 2019
at 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4), and
concluded on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 12:00 noon,
Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-4).

Program is administered by KCC under the US State
Department instructions. This draw was officially endorsed by the
American Senate House to issue 50,000 immigrant visas to
qualified applicants who are coming from eligible countries,
each year.
Lottery Program:
Applicants who are selected in the lottery (“selectees”)
must meet simple, but strict, eligibility requirements in order
to qualify for a diversity visa. Selectees are chosen through a
randomized computer drawing. Diversity visas are distributed
among six geographic regions and no single country may receive
more than seven percent of the available DVs in any one year.
Once you enter your name, or someone else will be entering
for you, than you have to wait until June 6, 2020 (Date was
changed from May 5, 2020) to
check your entry status by going to the website
www.dvlottery.state.gov and entering confirmation number,
name and year of birth in order to find out if their entry was
or was not selected. You can keep checking your name few times.
Status for this lottery can be checked between June 6th, 2020
and September 30th, 2021.

3. Year of Birth – (example 1961)
4. Authentication – enter code from the screen and
enter "Submit".
Than print information and follow instructions posted online once you find out that you won the Green Card.
Entrant Status Check will be the sole means of informing you
of your selection for DV, providing instructions on how to
proceed with your application, and notifying you of your
appointment for your immigrant visa interview.
The Department of State does NOT notify successful DV
applicants by letter or email.
Applying for the entry draw is free although the selected
people must meet for the following expenses:
- Processing fees.
- Medical Examinations.
- Travelling expenses.
- USCIS administration fees
DV-2021 visas will be issued between October 1, 2020, and
September 30, 2021.
